Creating Baseline
A participatory research study was conducted in three European countries to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the fields of education and employment, and what impact this has on young people.
The results of the study reveal that, although most youth professionals recognise the potential of AI to improve educational and work processes, there is a significant gap in skills, resources and critical understanding of these technologies.
Key challenges were also identified, such as the lack of specific training, ethical barriers to the use of algorithms, and the risk of exclusion of groups with fewer opportunities.
This report provides a snapshot of the current level of preparedness of the youth sector in relation to AI and lays the foundations for designing training proposals, practical tools and public policy recommendations that respond to the real needs of young people.

Building Capacities
We have developed two specialised curricula to support youth professionals in addressing artificial intelligence (AI) in the fields of education and employment.
Curricula and implementation methods
Designed based on participatory research and European best practices, the curricula offer structured activities, case studies, group dynamics and practical tools to integrate AI into the education and employment sectors. Each document includes methods that are ready to be applied in face-to-face or hybrid sessions and addresses key issues such as algorithmic bias, the impact of automation and the skills of the future.
Interactive e-learning platform
As a digital extension of the curricula, the e-learning platform provides autonomous and flexible access to the same content. It includes two modules: AI in Education and AI in Employment, with visual materials, reflection exercises, complementary resources and assessment spaces. It is designed to facilitate practical, critical and action-oriented learning.

Policy Development
We have developed policy recommendation documents aimed at transforming how public institutions, youth organisations and education professionals design inclusive AI policies in the fields of education and youth employment. These documents are the result of a participatory approach that integrates the perspectives of young people and professionals in the sector.
In addition, you can access explanatory videos that present each line of recommendation with clarity, depth and practical examples to inspire concrete actions.
Finally, we held a Policy Advocacy Conference on 21 May 2025, where the recommendations report was presented and group work was carried out on different priority areas within the topic.
