This online training course has been designed to help youth professionals critically understand and responsibly use artificial intelligence (AI) in the fields of education and youth employment.

The e-learning course consists of two main modules:

• AI in education, focusing on how algorithms, data and automation are transforming educational environments, and how to support students in developing critical and ethical thinking in relation to these technologies.
• AI in employment, which explores changes in the labour market, the impact of automation, new professional profiles and the key skills that new generations will need to adapt to the work of the future.

Through interactive activities, real-life cases and ethical reflections, this e-learning course promotes the development of the technical and soft skills needed to apply AI in an inclusive and critical manner.
